I was walking with my compadres this morning. Man either those ladies are hard core, or I am REALLY out of shape. They wore me out. I hate it while I am walking, but I push myself anyway. I am glad I did when I am done. The goal is to get healthy and fit. The weight will come off as a result of obtainging that goal.

I have been walking for 15min 3 times a day. I am going to increase that starting today to an hour. I really want to run but I don't want to overdo it. I will wait until next week to start running. I will start out by running for a minute then walking for two. Gradually increasing that every other day. That way I don't send my out of shape "bod" into shock. I'll let ya know how it goes.
